House Policies
At the Victory Inn, we want you to enjoy your stay and so we have a few policies that we've set in place for everyone's benefit.
The Victory Inn is a homestay bed and breakfast. It is the private residence of the Humphreys family. Guests are asked to show due consideration for others and should not intrude on the quiet enjoyment of fellow guests.
Check-in is between 4-8 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate requests for earlier or later check-in/check-out, given adequate notice.
Breakfast: At check-in, we ask guests what time they would like breakfast. We serve breakfast at practically any hour our guests want to be served, typically between 7-10 a.m. Guests with special dietary needs should notify us when reservations are made.
Parking: Ample parking is available on Lincoln Avenue, 8th Street, and behind the Victory Inn on the home’s lower driveway (accessible by the alley.)
The Victory Inn is a smoke-free environment. If you must, please smoke outside only, and kindly dispose of your smoking debris in an appropriate container.
In consideration for others’ allergies, the Victory Inn cannot accept pets. We will be happy to suggest local boarding facilities if you are traveling with a pet.
Unregistered guests are not permitted in guest rooms. If you have visitors, please have them wait on the porch or in the parlor, and inform your hosts that we have visitors.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Our home is furnished with precious antiques collected throughout our military careers. Furniture and other furnishings should be used in a proper manner and will not be moved within guest rooms. If accidental damage should occur, please inform your hosts immediately
